These are the codes for Race for Eggs that work right now: seven in total (checked October 29, 2026, none expired). The newest is halloween. It’s lowercase, and no tracker says what it gives yet. The others are UPD2 (a Cash Potion), UPD3, TRAIN1, LUCK1, UPD1 and RELEASE, the launch code that gives a free Lizard pet.

What changed in October?

The game now ships codes with its weekly patches. Five have arrived this month:

• halloween: first listed October 17. Copy it in lowercase. The reward is unconfirmed, so don’t count on a specific item.
• UPD2: listed October 12 by two separate trackers. Both say it gives a Cash Potion.
• UPD3: first listed October 10. Gives a Cash Potion.
• TRAIN1: first listed October 7, right after the weekend patch. Gives a Train Potion.
• LUCK1: also first listed October 7. Gives a Luck Potion.
• UPD1: first listed October 3. Gives a Cash Potion.
• RELEASE: still working. It’s been live since about September 17 and is the only free pet code.

We only add a code once at least two independent trackers list it. That’s why UPD2 shows up here a few days after it first appeared. No code has expired yet.

The exact potion type for TRAIN1, LUCK1 and UPD1 comes from a smaller set of trackers. Several others just call them “1 Potion”, so treat the type as likely, not confirmed.

How do I redeem Race for Eggs codes?

You redeem codes in the Shop menu, not the main menu:

1. Open Race for Eggs on Roblox and wait for your character to load.
2. Tap the Shop button on screen.
3. Find the redeem box inside the shop window.
4. Paste the code exactly as written and press Redeem. Codes are case-sensitive, so copy-paste instead of typing.
5. Check your pet list or inventory for the reward.

If a code is rejected:

• Rejoin a fresh server first. After a patch, the redeem box sometimes needs a new session.
• “Invalid code”: look for a trailing space from the copy, or a lowercase l that should be a capital I.
• “Already redeemed”: each code works once per account.

What is each reward worth?

RELEASE gives the Lizard pet. Pets drive the whole game. A placed pet earns cash over time, and that cash pays for speed training, shop upgrades and potions. A free pet beats a one-time cash gift, because it keeps paying every session (how the pet loop works).

UPD2, UPD3, TRAIN1, LUCK1 and UPD1 give potions. A potion is a short boost, not a permanent upgrade. The names match what they boost: three cash potions, one training and one luck. The game doesn’t publish the exact multipliers.

Save them for the right moment. Drink a Train Potion before a session where you push speed. Drink a Cash Potion once your pets are already earning, or right before a world push (worlds guide).

When do new codes drop?

Around Saturdays. The official game description says it “updates every Saturday”. October showed the pattern: UPD1 came days after one patch, TRAIN1 and LUCK1 after the next, then UPD3 and UPD2.
